Review: Polar, sempre una certezza - Materiale di alta qualità e leggerissimo! Cliente polar da anni e ancora una volta sono ampiamente soddisfatto. Non capisco i feedback sulla luminosità del display che è perfetta...a riposo con la modalità always on ovviamente la luminosità è molto tenue ma aumenta appena si alza il polso per visualizzare i dati...e se non basta c'è il solito pulsante per attivare la retroilluminazione! Ho diversi polar, quello più simile è ovviamente il V800 che in confronto sembra un carrarmato...in questa versione è finalmente stata curata molto l'estetica, rimane uno sport watch sportivo (appunto) ma indossabile anche in giacca e cravatta. La plastica del cinturino è veramente ben curata e di ottima qualità (incredibilmente morbida) alla vista sembra addirittura di altro materiale. In questa versione la leggerezza e comodità la fanno da padroni... ho anche un A370 e la differenza, incredibilmente, nemmeno si sente! Qualcuno critica la gestione notifiche che è basilare se fatta dall'orologio...ma accidenti a voi...c'è l'app polarflow x gestire queste cose!! Si possono bloccare le app che notificano troppo spesso (ad esempio whatsapp) o impostare fasce orarie "non disturbare". Sulla sensibilità della rilevazione del battito, buona ma ovviamente nemmeno paragonabile alla fascia H10. Prodotto consigliatissimo.
Review: Tolle Fitnessuhr - Kritiknur zum Teil nachvollziehbar - Für die neue Polar habe ich mich aufgrund der neuen Funktionen (Cardio Load, Recovery, FitSpark, etc) und des neuen Designs entschieden. Ich war jedoch zunächst etwas verunsichert aufgrund der sehr kritischen Bewertungen. Ich hab die Uhr jetzt seit über einem Monat und diverse Sporteinheiten damit gemact. Hauptsächlich Laufen, Krafttraining, Wandern, Skifahren und Mobility/Dehnübungen, welche von der Uhr vorgeschlagen wurden (ca. 6 Einheiten die Woche). Schwimmen war ich bisher noch nicht, da ich eher im Sommer gehe. Ich hatte bereits die Vorgänger m400 und m430. Ich war vor allem mit der m430 auch sehr zufrieden. Ich bin ein Polar-Fan aufgrund der Trainingspläne und anpassung selbiger aufgrund der Leistung und des Fitnessstands. Durhc dei Trainingspläne konnt ich vor allem große Fortschritte im Bereich des LAuftrainings erzielen (Steigerung der Pace um ca 25 s). Rein Äußerlich ist die Polar schon ein großer Fortschritt im Vergelich zu den alten kantigen Modellen. Die Vantage V ist alltagstauglich mit übersichtlicher Menüführung und ansprechendem schlichten skandinavischen Design. Was mit auch sehr gut gefällt, dass Farbe durch Polar ins Spiel gebracht wurde. Die Uhr kann man auch gut nachts tragen (bisher hat sie mich nicht gestört, was bei der m430 schon der Fall war). Die Notifications nutze ich nicht, da ich keine Smartwatch haben wollte und diese Funktion nicht brauche. Daher kann ich hierzu nichts sagen. Es lassen sich nun sehr leicht Strecken und Trainingsziele auf die Uhr übertragen (toll ist hier die Einspeicherung verschiedener favorisierter Strecken/Runden). Die Trainingspläne lasssen sich wie gewohnt mit PolarFlow erstellen (diese sind auch für ambitionierte Läufer sehr empfehlenswert). GPS ist relativ genau, ähnlich wie bei anderen Fitnessuhren(meiner meinung nach ausreichend für fast jeden Läufer). Besonders toll finde ich die neuen Funktionen, wie CardioLoadPro, Nightly Recharge, TrainingLoadPro, Recovery Pro und seit 1.1.20 FitSpark. besonders toll finde ich dassmit Fitspark in Aghängigkeit von bisherigem Training und Fitnesszustand Einheiten vorgeschlagen werden. Diese reichen von KRafttraining, über Cardio-Einheiten bis zu Core-Training und Mobility-Übungen. Dabei wird einem genau vorgegeben, was gemacht werden soll (dabei kommt keine Langweile auf und man dehnt sich tatsächlich öfter;) ). AUch die Vorgeschlagenen LAufprogramme sind abwechslungsreich und machen Spass. Insgesamt eine wirklich tolle neue Funktion, die einen animiert noch aktiver zu werden und andere unterstützende Einheiten zu machen. Sehr gut gelungen. ICh bin sehr zufrieden mit der Uhr. Und kann einige Kritikpunkte nciht verstehen, da cih nicht die gleiche Erfahrung gemacht habe. Manche Kritikpunkte sind nachvollziehbar, aber auch sehr hohen Ansprüchen geschuldet. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Schöne Sportuhr

Die Vantage V dient als Ersatz für die M400 und hat eine höhere GPS Genauigkeit. Der Akku hält bei täglich Sporteinsatz und Nachts mit Pulsüberwachung (8 Std) ca. eine Woche. Pulsmessung beim Joggen hab ich Probleme, wenn mir noch kalt ist = Uhr locker, Puls wird zu hoch gemessen, wird mir warm ist Armband zu stramm, es wird ein zu fiederiger Puls angezeigt. Das Armband muss zu anfangs mehrmals verstellt werden. Pulsüberwachung in der Nacht ist sehr hilfreich, der Puls sackt bei mir nachts bis auf 36 ab, was ich vorher nicht wusste. Mein Kardiologe sagte nach Langzeit EKG keine Herz Rhythmus Störung, alles OK. Für genaue Messung verwende ich, beim joggen im Wettkampf, das OH1 oder den Brustgurt H7. Der Kauf hat sich gelohnt
