Compact, folds easily
This is very lightweight and handy. Easy to install once you do it for the first time, after that it's very easy. Bought the 2-bike model and tried it with one bike. You can choose to extend it or not based on the number of bike you are going to transport. Took one star away because while testing a slightly different positioning onto the car, I did scratch the paint. The leg rests are made of some plastic and not softer rubber so be careful. It appears that there is a reason why it should rest onto the glass and plate number.

Great quality but one major flaw
At first look the product is well designed, quality is good and you feel great but don’t be deceived. There is one single flaw in this design. The popping pins that lock the rack in place give in. Atleast mine did, the pins just get stuck inside and now they’re useless after about 3 uses. Unfortunately, the Allen customer service has poor response, and after repeated follow ups I have not received my replacement even after 45 days. Very disappointed.

Although the unit is heavier than I was expecting, it does appear to do the job. Needs a little effort to install it correctly, but it is simple enough. I bought the unit with a damaged box from Amazon - at a discount, however the carry bag and instructions were missing from the box on delivery. Apart from that, pretty happy so far. Let's see how it goes after use.
