Best Step in the market for both the usability and the aesthetic
I have been using this consistently for my full-body workouts since I bought it, and it's absolutely sturdy. I didn't check the dimensions (which is a mistake on my part), but I would make sure I have sufficient room for this equipment. Although, I have a cramped room and I still get full-body workouts with this - burpees, mountain climbers, taekwondo footwork drills accompanied by HIIT, you name it. As someone who dislikes going to the gym or outside to train for speed, strength, agility and resistance, this, by far, is the best workout tool for me. I love the rubber feel on the step itself which helps with me maintain my balance. The equipment sells itself, and if you happen to dislike using this for exercising, it looks cool as a bench.

Pricey but well worth it!
I was skeptical about purchasing this step bench because of the high price as compared to the others that were selling on Amazon. I’m glad I went ahead with the purchase! It’s a solid bench that doesn’t move while you’re working out on it and is easy to adjust. Highly recommended!
