Good looking and premium packaging .Now only I came to know what is Pure Shilajit.I consumed it with warm water and it's solubility , mixability is good and i liked its detoxifying quality. Diluted in warm water and warm milk. And can be taken with milk or water. The taste is bitter and tasteless. I think this brand gives genuine and orginality of its shilajeet products. Price-- As compare to other brand of shilajeet ..it's little higher price . Company should decrease it's price for its selling, marketing growth. Amazon giving heavy discount on its orginal price but still it's high in price. Health benifits- As we know shilajeet found in high altitude mountain in Himalaya region in very cold region . Nepal, India is main its origin. It has almost every mineral ,icro nutrient and vitamin. It carry almost every micro nutrient. It's highly adaptogenic properties gives it a Super tonic for human kind. Best result can be shown after 3 to 4 months of regular uses to be taken.

It is quite potent Shilajit. I have used Ramdev's shilajit before but the effects of using it were not prominent as with Upkarma's Shilajit. Just dip the edge of the spoon into the compound, mix with water or milk The solvent liquid should be luke warm. Twice a day. That much is enough actually. Do make sure to expend the energy obtained after consuming this. I have a sedentary job and it can lead to loss of sleep due to its energy lending nature. Too much energy to rest. You will wake up with a surge of energy if you regularly consume it, the only catch is that you will have to make yourself tired with physical work to help you sleep. Better not to consume more than 30 days at a stretch. Best way is to consume for 5 days, rest for 2 days in a week. Even then as per my experience, it us best to continue for 4 to 6 weeks only after then rest for 1 or 2 weeks before consuming again. This is pure Shilajit. You will notice effects after a few days, 7 days or so to see full effects.
