Miss Jessie's Multi Cultural Clear 8.5oz

Really like this product. I use it with the multicultural curl cream. I use it after the cream on wash and go days. I have coily tight curls on the side that would clump and not define well with other gels (eco gel/ Shea moisture hibiscus). Really fought against using a different gel for part of my hair but glad i did. Really added definition to my coily sections and elongated my hair. Tried it for my finer, looser curly sections and found that it separated my curls a lot and frizzed those sections more than with other gels.Not terrible for big hair days but not my preferred look. Still satisfied as it works really well for the sections i was having problems with.

I do not use silicones in my 2b/2c coarse, super frizzy Caucasian hair. There are silicones in other Miss Jessie's products that would work in my hair, but this has no silicones. It works really well and gives structure to my waves. It doesn't flake at all. It's not crunchy either when applied moderately. I have a wavy/curly long bob haircut. I scrunch out some water after low-poo or cowash with a t-shirt, add some conditioner and this gel, and air dry; as long as I have enough moisture in my hair before I use this gel, it dries popping and as frizz free as my hair gets.

I want to rewrite my review. As I continued to use this product I started liking it. At first it did nothing to my hair but then I tied it with different products and I like that's it soft when dry not hard. So I will give this four stars.

great product on your hair! I’m Hispanic and my hair is thick and curly and now lots of gray (I’m 48) so it’s changing texture some (more frizzy) - this gel does wonders! and it’s not sticky or make your hair hard in any way, your hair looks great with defined curls and touchable. highly recommend!

This works fine if you are looking for a soft curl defining gel. It is not a creamy leave-in like the Multicultural Curls product, despite having similar color schemes on their packaging. I use this is I need to pull my hair back into a bun and want to show off my waves without too many random curls popping up. it does have a firmer hold than the cream Multicultural Curls.

I have been using Jelly Soft curls now for a few years and love it! When my bottle was almost up and I saw it was nearly $20 on amazon I thought maybe that was a cue to look at other options. I saw amazing reviews for this new product on their line at quite a bit cheaper price I decided it was worth the try. I was not disappointed!! It has decent hold without the crunch! (Always important!) Its also not heavy which is sooo important for me. Unlike most curls my hair is extremely fine so anything with heavy moisturizers makes me look like I haven’t washed my hair in a week even though I washed it 2 hrs ago. I have 3c curls and I definitely recommend!

My regular gel (Miss Jessie's Jelly Soft Curls) kept getting more and more expensive, so I decided to try this new clear gel because it was much cheaper ($10). Turns out, this product gives a LOT more bounce and fullness, while still holding the shape of my very long wavy/ringlet fine curls. Really like this product.

I am so glad I came across this product. I did a braid out and it lasted a week (with exercise) It seemed like I had no product in my hair (which is a good thing) very light weight. I also liked the definition it gave my braid out. Will definitely keep using.

I like this product for my hair. Does not leave it crunchy or sticky the only gel I’ve actually liked using. One star taken off because of price is insane on Amazon but it is hard to get in Canada so I sucked it up.
