spilt in the back on second use. how do I get my money back

This swim cap is large enough for shoulder length or slightly longer hair but if you have mid-back length hair, it won’t have enough space; unless you have a smaller than average sized head. It keeps sliding up my ears. The material is really good quality though. I wish it was roomier.

Think this is probably the best fitting hat I've ever had. It doesn't keep my hair completely dry - I think that is asking an awful lot from any hat. However, I have a big head and have always find other hats - just creep up as I swim. This is irritating and means you have to keep yanking the hat down - and that makes it difficult to get it comfy over your ear plugs and under your goggles. This one - I take care to get it in place to start with, and then it stays in place for an hour's swim. As I said. My hair is short and I'm a woman and this is just the right size for me.
