Average quality. The backpack not padded at all. Lunch box good. Overall is ok, but expected better quality for the price.

Doesn’t worth the price and shipping and customs and extra delivery costs
It’s really thin fabric, for light stuff. It might have worked for kg but not for first grader, but also it’s a bit large for kg. There is barely any padding for tablet or laptop. And despite charges for shipping and mentioned customs, there is still charges for delivery and vat on declared value. Disappointing. Cheap made. Three stars is for overall looks, kid saw it and won’t let go, apparently that everything he ever wanted :)

Product is exactly as described - very happy! First order was lost but Vanilla Underground were most helpful and arranged a replacement which arrived very promptly. Very happy with service!
