Great quality product. We add to our baby's formula to get the DHA and the fish oil since we don't use a formula with the DHA added. It's not too fishy so my LO doesn't notice it's been added to his milk.

So according to ConsumerLab, this is one of the good brands for DHA. It's an essential nutrient that most of your brain is made from (essentially neuron membranes along with axon insulation.) That being said, there's no such thing as "baby DHA" vs adult DHA. It's just DHA. There are other brands that are equally good but 1/4 the price.
