Birkenstock Gizeh Cosmic Sparkle, Women's Fashion Sandals

I've been meaning to buy a pair of Birkenstocks for quite a while now. I've always been flat footed and with age, some feet issues are cropping up. I wanted something to wear on a daily basis, so that the foot gets used to the arch. I love the fact that I got these during the White Wednesday sale (they were a steal!) and I absolutely love the silver color and fit! I keep these slippers/sandals at the office and change into them when I reach work. As suggested by the store employee at Birkenstock, I started wearing them for a few hours each day so that the foot eases into them. These particular slippers are from the softbed range of Birkenstock, but because I have an adult flat foot, it will take time to get used to the shape. All in all, great slippers! I hope they work for me in the long run!

I live in Birkenstock Gizehs because of problems with plantar faschitis and had been looking everywhere for bright blue to replace old ones. This blue is a little more shiny and metallic-looking (exactly as advertised) than I might have chosen but I am happy with them And being tightly held in a new pair feels great. Also, they arrived early which was a wonderful surprise!

I love the color (pearl white), it is so pretty. I bought the regular fit and it is slightly narrow at the heal. Not the most comfortable shoes I ever bought, but I hope it gets better over time.

Its very good and comfortable . You should choose size less tuan your original size , for me my size 39 but i got 38 it was right for me

I bought these just after I delivered my daughter...I wanted comfortable shoes after being pregnant, but was ready to be cute! I never thought if myself as a typical birkenstock wearer, but I also have the leather clogs for work as a nurse and love them! I have wide feet, and have never been able to wear heels or other fancy little shoes, but these are cute and not dowdy at all. Like the other reviews have said, It did take a few days of wearing them around the house to break them in around the toe. Now they are comfortable enough to walk anywhere in. Wish I'd had these while I was pregnant! I got the silver, and the upper part is not leather but the price was right. They are so cute with skirts and rolled up jeans.... I've worn them every day since I bought them! Ready for summer and so much better than flip flops!
