I purchase these patches because I just hate swallowing pills .I have restless leg syndrome and normally take magnesium pill ( when I can remember to take them) and the calcium pills I had were quite huge so this was nice alternative for me. These patches bypass the stomach and allow more absorption through your skin at a slow consistent rate and I have to stay after using these patches for over a week my restless legs have significantly decrease like crazy. These patches stay on well for me and even when I forget to take them off before my shower they can still stay on without any irritation to my skin and that is a plus since I am skin sensitive person with dry skin. The only thing I would recommend is to alternate skin sites every so often where you place the patch. I was putting the patches always on my right shoulder and even though I had no physical skin breakout my shoulder muscles got achy there after a few days so I started putting it on opposite shoulder, or on my stomach or side of my back but I am happy it seems to be working. I am just so please at how easy it is to put the patch on and go and it stays put without taking my skin off.

I have been using these for a couple of weeks and I notice that my mood has slightly elevated, I don't feel as much general malaise, and I'm calmer. My diet is lacking and I don't like taking pills so I'm grateful for these patches. They don't hurt when removed and I don't notice any excessive residue afterward - there is some, but rubbing it congeals it into a ball that's easily removed. If there's an excessive amount I recommend moving it to a place that it is better absorbed and/or wearing it longer. I didn't feel any discomfort wearing it on my underarm but the rubbing made it stick worse than my shoulder/back. There is mild discomfort when wearing it on my shoulder/back but it's not bad and goes away.

Very easy to use and stay in place

I had an emergency and was told that I needed to be on at least 1800 of calcium per day. It was either patches which were suggested or take a lot of pills and supplements. I am doing a little bit of both but I thought these patches would be a godsend. I have not had a blood test to determine whether or not these are doing the better or not yet. The only thing that I would like to point out is that these things do not stick for over a few hours. I have to put medical tape over mine for it to stay on overnight. I’m not particularly an active person so never understood why these would not stick. Not like I’m doing aerobics or sweating a lot. if you are considering buying these, you might get some sort of medical tape for it as well. Obviously if you wear a lot of body lotion they are not going to stick well at all. Please be aware. Other than that haven’t had a problem with them and think this would be a great idea.

A 4.5 STAR Product! I am very stingy with the 5 Star Rating that I give & this is totally worth every penny! This would be a 9 Star if they had it! With that said some brands are stronger the others & I am experimenting with what brands work best for my body! There are pros & cons to each sticker brand, but so far these are my favorite for multi vitamins & such! They just fall off after the nutrients are absorbed & that’s a great thing! I had seen remarkable results in just 24hrs as I could taste a bit of a ham like flavor in my mouth & an increased energy level as well as urine changing to a pretty green! I choke because of the amount of times I have been in sedation for surgery & every large pill I take comes back up! I am in love with these & hope to see more medicine & vitamins in a continuous release patch from here on out!! No sugars, carbs, or calories to be worried about & it bypasses the digestive system that tends to weaken or eliminate the products taken any how!
