Arrived sealed and in great condition. Worked. I was able boost the memory in my old Toshiba Satellite laptop to 16 Gb. Trusted Samsung over other brands I did not know.

Hard to imagine, but RAM does go bad. I tested and tested and tested my computer and finally accepted that the only thing left was to replace either the RAM or the Motherboard. It was the RAM. Inexpensive fix, and glad to have solved the issue.
