If money is no object of yours, by all means, get this. It works as advertised, and solved my issues. However, less than a year ago, after finding that it works well, I purchased a number of this very same product, by the very same seller, for approx. 84 dirhams per unit. I came back now when my stock is nearly finished, to find it at a whopping 159.98 dirhams. It isn't rocket science, its just ground psyllium husks shoved in capsules. No justification for the price nearly doubling in less than a year. Two stars because its double what one star is.

If you cannot take Isapgol/Psyllium husk in powder form(mixed with water) like me then this is the best option. Also, the Pectin added helps!

good quality husk with the apple pectin added works wonders. very effective!

繊維を増やして便通を良くしようと、最初は難消化性デキストリンを飲んでましたが お腹が貼って屁ばっかり出て、日中仕事にならないため、別の繊維モノをということでこちらを購入。 屁はかなりおさまり、便も自然です。 ただ、水分摂取が少ないと詰まるというか、腸の中で長～～い1本糞になるため、 （そこまで固くないのに）排便に物凄い力を要してえらい苦しみます。 これ飲んでるのに２日以上出てないな？と思ったら浣腸したほうがいいです。

The pills don't help at all. Tried increasing the dosage as well but doesn't work.
