Stored improperly
The product is great, if stored correctly.Unfortunately, it was stored on its side and in the heat and totally deformed. I would return it but I don't want to deal with the extra hassle. So instead, going to warm it up in the oven and fish the wick out. Utterly disappointed by this negligence.
