Color Punch Collection Nail Acrylic Powder - Set of 6

Beautiful colors. Arrived on time, very well packaged and no leakage of powders. They are ever so slightly chunky when you pick up a bead, but I found a perfect little trick is to place your bead down then drop a tiny, tiny additional drop of monomer/liquid and it will smooth out immediately and you are on your way. Very easy solution. You just need to know how to work it. No problem. The purples/lavender and blue do go down light in the middle with a dark ring around the edge of the beef, but if you pat it just gently, it will mostly even out. A slight marble effect I guess you could say. And lastly be careful with the yellows and red/oranges. They will very slitely stain your fingers, but it washed off in a day so I just put some gloves on while working with it. All completely worth it and a great buy. I will definitely purchase this Mia brand and from this store again. Mine are in a drawer so I put a bead of color on each with a top coat so I can clearly see the colors on too of the jars. The picture includes both the Sweet and color punch collections. One is very sparkly and the other is very slightly sparkly. Just gorgeous.

I've done two sets with this powder this far and really like it! I've been using it with the young nails monomer and it works just fine. I have noticed it dries slower and tends to form wetter beads than the young nails powder I usually use. That does make it blend nicely if you want to do marble nails like I did the first time I used these powders but it makes it slightly harder to form the nail. Overall these powders are very pretty though and I like the variety of colors you get for the price. One thing to note that I hadn't noticed before is they all have a bit of shimmer in them but I actually like that.

I love these colors, they're great! However they are kind of patchy. I'm not sure if they put too much clear acrylic or what but you definitely have to layer it on to get the full color. Most color acrylics you can apply a thin layer then build up with clear. This one you need to build up with color or it will be patchy (the pic has 2 of my colors that didnt come with it).
