Heel Problems Are Going Away
My size 12 feet had severely dry cracked heels with huge fissures. Huge chunks of dead dry hard skin would begin to flake off. They'd catch the carpet when I walked around the house which could cause a lot of pain. They looked horrible and quite frankly I was a bit embarrassed to wear flip flops most days. My dad's feet are the same as mine so a lot of my issues are possibly genetic. Thought to myself applying lotion is not getting it done. There's got to be someone who makes something that will hold the ointment in place without getting the sheets all gross. And in walked Heal A Heel. First night, I applied Aquaphor cream on both heels, put the cups on, and put on a pair of socks. Both feet were dry the next morning. Every last bit of ointment had been sucked into my skin. Second night, there was some cream still left on my heels. So it really plumped up the skin. I now use it most nights. The only issue with them is the size and price. My feet are size 12 with really bad ankles meaning both joints are constantly swollen. (A history of playing basketball in my youth.) The cups themselves (you get two per package) fits the heel perfectly. However, the straps and magnets are not long enough to hold on for even a few seconds meaning it is required for me to wear socks in order to keep everything on and tight overnight. If they made these with longer straps, they'd be perfect. It's just a little awkward to put everything on but this isn't enough of a reason to withhold one star. And the price. They seem expensive for what you get. That said, my feet are no longer an embarrassment to look at. So are they expensive? Yes. That said... My feet look MUCH better. And more importantly, they FEEL much better. No more walking around in pain. No more bloody heels. Or deep fissures. All of this after having used them for only a week. And for that, they are priceless. I am a life long convert.

Why tf are the clasps magnetic? Do you really think that is smart considering it’s on the foot and won’t stay closed with movement ? Wow

This helps :)
However, the magnets do not keep them on; I wear them at night to bed as I lie still . Cannot walk with them on and unless you tip toe only a very short distance - they come off. BUT WEARING THEM FOR AN HOUR DOES HELP SOFTEN HEEL FOR FURTHER EXFOLIATION.

Adjustable strap is magnetic and will no stay clasped
I bought these heel cups due to the better coverage it would provide for back and sides of the heel, which they did. I bought the adjustable heel cups based on reviews from others saying the medium sizing went a bit small. I'm a men's size 10 which is the upper end of the size chart for these heel cups. The fit was good, so no issues there. However, the adjustable strap has magnets embedded in the silicon to secure the strap. Seemed like a good idea until I tried to wear them to bed. Every time I moved my feet or rolled over, the strap would come loose and cause the heel cup to come off under my covers. Very poor design. Velcro would have been much better. My solution was to wear a sock over the heal cups just to keep them in place. I would not recommend buying these if you move around in bed while you sleep. They will not stay on your feet. I would have given a 4 or 5 star if the strap was designed differently and stayed secure. With the cost of these heel cups, I would think the strap would have been better designed.

Cracked heels
Great after applying cream, covered with these and made it easier to move around. We only used with sock covering. They worked for his large, wide feet.

Meh
I ordered the adjustable ones and the product uses magnets to hold the strap together. Unfortunately, if you aren’t sitting perfectly still, the magnets won’t hold, bump it and they move to the next magnet making the heel protector too loose and then they fall off. Not a good design if you plan to were them while you sleep. If you’re just watching TV, then it’s kind of ok, but move your legs and the magnets you chose to keep them snug on your feet don’t hold. I say skip the adjustable pair altogether and it’s a gamble if the other pair (non-adjustable) will fit. The silicon is a great idea, but the design needs improvement.

Terrible product
If I could give 0 stars I would. These don’t stay on, I can’t return now that I know they are terrible and a total rip off. Do not buy!

They Work!!
I was skeptical, but desperate. These worked so well. I actually noticed a HUGE difference the first night. It took a minute to get used to having them on, but they’re so soft and the magnets are secure. I used the Flexitol Heel Magic moisturizer stick (from Amazon) with it, I love it. I especially love not getting my hands all slimy.
