I always choose the D3 form of vitamin D as it’s the most effective for the body. Solgar’s Vitamin D3 is sourced from lanolin (from sheep’s wool), which is the same form our body naturally produces from sunlight, making it highly bioavailable and effective. The formula is clean gluten free, sugar free, and with no artificial colours or flavours. Each tablet provides 1000 IU (25 µg), the ideal daily dose to support bones, teeth, muscle function and the immune system.
