Bought a used one for $1650.. saved about $500! This really is the club standard mixer right now around the world.. At first i thought the A/D converters were hype.. fired it up and ran my xdj1000mk2's through the digital ins... my god.... Sound so clean and beautiful!! the AD converters truely are amazing. The effects are ok, i bet you can get another mixer or controller with better... but after purchasing gear over the years I think this thing is worth it.. its the club standard and every dj should know how it works. Rent one if you cant afford it. The isolator EQ is amazing too! so happy with this mixer. worth being in debt for a while lol. Pioneer has a high resell rate, I can probably flip it for what I bought it used.. Alot of vendors know how to repair this mixer too.. A great investment and will probably still be worth money in 5-10 years from now. I look at buying gear differently now. Will it hold value & can you get it repaired .. Yes & Yes :) dam you Pioneer.. your stuff is great but so expensive!

Extremely capably 4ch mixer, great effects. I've had good luck purchasing used gear of this type, the original MSRP + tax is difficult to afford. Great unit, you won't regret purchasing the best.

Had mine for about 6 months and it seems like if you run it for over 2 hours for a set it starts getting really hot, much more than other mixers. I run a company where i've used A LOT of different mixers. this is running channels in the green and not even yellow. it's a great mixer overall, but there more robust options out there for the price point. not sure what all the hype is honestly.
