Can I use this Epoxy for adhering stones for jewelry

Yes, but it will tend to not work as well for larger stones glued to flat surfaces. My wife makes glass jewelry and swears by E6000 silicone

Is the consistency runny enough to use for sealing the end grain of exterior wood?

I haven't tried it for sealing end grain. That said, I would expect it to work. Just watch your cure time; the BSI-205 gets an initial set after some 30 minutes, but may need 12 or more hours to develop a full set. Double-check the instructions for set time.

Does this bond metal and wood together?

Can this be use for filling dings on electric guitar basses? Can it then be sanded down to mirror like finish?

Epoxy can be used to fill dings on almost anything. Epoxy can be sanded once it's cured. To get a mirror-like finish might require some kind of coating- paint, polish? Good Luck!

El producto dice que la mezcla que hay que hacer es de 50%de cada bote y que en 30minutos cataliza . A mi no me cataliza ni en 24horas ni en una semana tampoco
