Great product! It gives you relief in about half an hour. I was in a couple car accident s, that weren't my fault. It's left me with numerous diagnosis. It's important to keep moving!

Bioron’s Arnicare cream is my go-to for pain, broken bones, bruises, burns, rashes, and post surgery. It cured my plantars fasciitis and has helped keep my scarring after surgery minimal.

This is my 3rd tube of arnica cream. It’s worked wonders on bruises and pain mostly having to do with my injured knee. But, I’ve also used it for temporary plantar fasciitis and inflammation from post-deep tissue massage. A little goes a long way. My only complaint that I hope Boiron takes note of is that during the first 10 uses, more product than you need keeps oozing out of the tube so it ends up wasted. Maybe use a larger tube size?
