Sure it’s healthy and no after taste.
But, it is so expensive as an alternative. Not even average sweetness unless used double than ordinary sugar . Stevia is way better!!

This was a surprise. I just stated keto and a sweet tooth is my weakness. I don't drink coffee or other sweet drinks. But I love my sweet desserts. The first thing I made with this was Keto Brownies with Keto icing. It came out amazing, I only used 1 cup, instead of the 1 1/2 to 3 cups, recommended. WOW.... it tasted amazing. I also tried a bit on my tongue, it is sweet and it tastes better than sugar. It is more expensive than regular sugar, but regular sugar is soooooooooo bad for you. I would buy it again for sure. Keto cookies is next.

Yes, it’s expensive. Most clean food is these days. BUT if you’re doing a no-sugar, anti-inflammatory diet, or diabetic, or just cutting down on sugar, it’s a natural sweetener that does not affect blood sugar negatively and it really helped me through a period in which I had to cut out all sugars in my diet (I was working with a naturopath to heal digestive issues in my gut). It’s SLIGHTLY less sweet in ratio than regular sugar, but it’s pretty close to 1:1. Very worth it for me. I like the golden one because it has more of a maple-y/brown sugar taste.
