Just buy the wheel cleaner. Avoid the tire shine.u
Tire shine is awful - do not recommend. Wheel cleaner works well, just spray on, use brush, hose off.

Diablo cleaner - looks and smells like candy. "Harmful or fatal if swallowed."
I use the Diablo wheel cleaner once and then threw it right in the trash. I have small children who helped me wash the cars. The Diablo wheel cleaner smells absolutely delicious. It looks like liquid candy. I think it's very hard for small child to resist tasting something that looks and smells that delicious. The problem of course is at the bottle says it's harmful or fatal of swallowed. For the life of me, I don't understand why they would do this. Why would you make it toxic, deadly poison, that has a good chance of being around children, look and smell like candy??
