Est -ce un produit d'origine? Utilisatrice depuis des décennies satisfaite d'habitude : cette fois ci ca n'a pas fonctionne le produit est mauvais surement une contrefaçon?

I purchased this hair color because I wanted to touch up the new growth at my scalp, but it did not take. Not only did it not take, but it did not even stain my skin or my scalp which normally happens (just a little) when I color my hair. However, I will give the company the benefit of the doubt because it does say in the instructions that it is for "color enhancing" which is why I probably should've used something different. That is why I gave it just two stars. I won't buy this again unless "enhancement" is all I need.

This is a product I have been using for quite a while but could not find it. Was very happy when I found it available on Amazon. Was even happier when it arrived sooner than they said it would. I was so happy to get this item because my substitute was not doing the same job that this does. Very happy customer 😀

Not the best hair dye. The colour doesn't last as long as I'd hoped.
