It's built solid. The variety of connections makes a very versatile. After using for a few months I had a problem with the one USB port. I reached out to customer service and the response was fast and after explaining the problem they immediately sent me a replacement. This is a company that cares about its customers.

So I bought this adapter in September 2021 and now 1,5 years later it is still working. To be honest today it glitched a little bit and I thought it died so I started to look for a new one on Amazon and decided to leave a review for this one, but after 10-15 minutes I tried to reconnect and everything was working fine again. This product might be not the best one on the market, but I love the design and for 1,5 years it has been working pretty well except a couple moments, but it’s not critical. So overall I’m happy with this purchase.

I really like this docking station. The best part about it is that it has no "useless" ports that all other docking stations have. Those are mostly USB-2 ports; they are too slow for external drives and I have no wired keyboards or mouse. It is really small, so it doesn't take up space. The only thing I would add is another USB-C that is not only for charging but a "real" USB-C. I have a large external monitor hooked up to my Macbook Pro (2021 16") to the HDMI, 3 external drives to the USB-3s, and the charger for my external keyboard and trackpad to the USB-C. I also use the camera memory ports to download photos and videos from my camera. Works prefectly.

I really like this product. It’s really light but still durable and firm. I have also consistently dragged it across a raw, cement finish and it didn’t scratch my hub at all. It also had 3 USB hubs which I find helpful connecting a mouse, keyboard and USB on a Mac. Would love it more if it had an ethernet cable slot though but that would change the sleek and thin look that I like. The only thing I did not know is that the HUB requires some good power going through it for all the ports to work. For example, I used it on a 2015 MacBook Retina and it didn’t have enough power to let me use the USB ports. However, if I do plug in my charger in the hub whilst connected to the Mac, it works perfectly. This might just be a case for older laptops though, I’m sure newer ones can support it fully by itself. I asked the support team about it and they responded fast, simple, and really informative. Basically, this product’s support after-sales is also good. Easy to communicate with and positive attitude. But overall, great product in my experience. Doesn’t heat up as well and let’s my Mac charge fast. Great support team. The price is really great for this product and customer service.
