My dentist recommended I use interdental brushes to improve cleaning between my teeth and also instead of toothpicks as I frequently get food caught between my teeth and these are much better for the gums than hard picks. I like the design and sizes of the GUM product and carry one all the time, the protective cap on each one makes them easy to keep clean in your pocket or bag. Since using them, routine clean-ups at the dentist go a lot quicker and easier as I can keep my teeth in much better health.
