I’ve been looking for a heating pad like this for a long time. Most pads only cover the lower back, but this one has a large surface area that reaches all the way to the upper back. What I love: Design: The front strap is thin and the fastener is high-quality and very easy to use. Targeted Heat: It warms my entire back while leaving the stomach area free. Controls: The remote is well-designed Comfort: The fit is good (shape, length, width). So, I'm wearing it even when it's not plugged in just to keep my back warm. One Suggestion for the Manufacturer: The only downside is being tied to a power outlet. I would like to wear it all day—while walking around the house or even on car trips. Please make a cordless, battery-operated version! I would buy it in a heartbeat. Also, adding a slightly longer strap or a double-strap design for plus-size users would make it 100% perfect. If you’re looking for a back heating pad that covers the same time your lover and upper back —this is it!

It works as advertised. Easy to use, comfortable and the adjustments to time and temperature are wonderful.

Updating my review and upping my star rating mainly on the basis of customer service. As mentioned below, I do like all of the features of this heating pad with one exception. It heats well, but I find if it is getting too hot and I use the temperature control to turn it down. It seems to continue to heat at the same level or possibly higher for quite some time before regulating itself to the requested temp. Customer service has repeatedly tried to help and although I still can’t get it to work perfectly it is better than any of the other options, especially for my lower back. This thing has nine temperature settings however it will burn your skin on all of them. There does not seem to be any difference at all between a setting of one and a setting of nine. I hate that because the pad is good size and I really like their use of a strap and buckle instead of Velcro to hold it on. If the thermostat actually worked, it would be a five.

Oh my god, bruh. I have been searching for a heating pad that actually delivers some deep pain relief to the 5 slipped discs & osteoarthritis in my back + chronic pain elsewhere (I also have ehlers danlos, fibro, and more.) and helps out with those crippling cramps during that worst part of the month. All the heating pads I get always feel like they have two settings. 1 being the "did I actually turn it on?" setting where practically no heat is delivered and 2 being "I should have just duct taped my pomeranian to my back coz he provides more heat than this heating pad" setting. BUT THEN I FOUND THIS HEATING PAD AND I AM BLOWN AWAY BECAUSE I ACTUALLY HAVE PAIN RELIEF. And, yes, yelling that was absolutely necessary. I'm shook by this pad fr fr. This heating pad has heat from the depths of satan's lair in 9 different settings & you can distinctly feel the difference in each level. It's like 9 different layers of wonderful, penetrating hellfire delivered directly to the spots that hurt the most. The cord is long enough that I can jump out of bed to grab my dog when we have a "what are you eating!?" moment and not have to unlatch myself. The pad stays in place on me snugly and isn't itchy or uncomfy like I thought it would be; it's actually very comfortable, kinda like a hug with a person who has suspiciously skinny arms. And the pad itself is velvety and smooth, like what I imagine it is like to lay in a rich person's bed. I'm a broke b*tch, so I'll never know what that feels like, but this pad is a great simulation for it. It also has timers for turning off, along with an "on" switch if you don't want it to turn off until you choose to turn it off manually, which is so useful. I mean. Just wow. Fam, if you're looking for the heating pad that FINALLY reaches those pain spots, this is the one! I can't even describe how nice it has been to finally find a heating pad that reaches those visceral pain spots. I overheat/get hot really easily so I am only using it on level 5, 6, and occasionally 7 (at the VERY highest, but usually 6) so I can't imagine what level 9 would be like but I know someone out there probably has pain at the level that needs that paired with a body that can handle that level of being cooked alive. But srsly. If you are serious about having the equivalent of the heat of the sun harvested & directed into your worst pain areas & feeling that instant relief, this is the heating pad for you. If you want the normal mediocre heating pad that everyone else offers, you might as well just go to the grocery store, buy a frozen dinner & heat it up in the microwave to where the middle is still frozen and tape that to your back; it'll have the same effect as those heating pads. (Also, no, I'm not being coerced into saying any of this. I just really enjoy having my pain taken care of for once & wanted to help any other chronic pain sufferers out there make a good financial decision.)

Love this pad! The surface heat is amazing. Covers a large area on my back and I would definitely recommend it!

An Old Lady Review This heating pad is so soft lightweight and comfortable to wear, you can imagine you’re wrapped in a comfortable warm blanket. The wide belt and buckle is adjustable to the point that if you’re one size off it just doesn’t matter, it’s going to fit, plus it stays where you put it. It’s also nice that it can stay on for many hours and I don’t have to keep finding the control to turn it back on. Even the cord is special, I can be halfway across my California King and I still have rolling room. At 83 believe me when I say I know something about heating pads, and this one is the best on every aspect it can be judged on. It’s large , washable, and form fitting. Would definitely highly recommend this $29.99 purchase, it’s worth it!!!

I suffer from lower back pain and usually have flare-ups two to three times a year. I bought this heating pad and it’s absolutely amazing. I don’t understand why some people say it gets too hot. I usually start on level 1, but quickly go up to 6 or 7 because the heat is exactly what relieves my pain. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with lower back pain. The heat level is perfect.

Good heat and options. The cables seem thick and sturdy. However, it does not last a very long time. After a year of us, it started showing errors and not working. Had to swap it out. When working though, it was great. This would be my second one which has lasted just under a year so I would expect this to be all of them.
