Excellent instant yeast. Activates quickly, gives a strong and consistent rise, and works perfectly for homemade bread.

The question I see is, how is the smell? It smells like yeast.. works well no problems with it at all and I do a lot of bread, baking

Works a bit slower than fast rising by other brands but it is a great value. It doesn’t require activation like standard yeasts and can be added straight into batters often.

Arrived fast & packaged securely. I use thus mainly for my bread machine. I use it to make dough & then use it for things like cinnamon rolls, herb breads etc. So far, this is a quality yeast that is fresh & effective every single time. Ziplock bag helps to keep it fresh & dry. It makes an awesome bread dough & I'll be using only this from now on. I also want to mention, for the price, it's a decent size bag. It'll make many many loaves of bread!
