This book is just as great as the other 3 in the series. George R.R. Martin is one hell of a writer. The min-series on t.v. is great! The mini-series is just as great as the book. I really didn't know about this book until I went on Amazon, because the last one of his books kept referrencing this book, and I kept looking for in book stores and never found, until I checked on Amazon. I'm almost finished with this one, and the next one, 2. After the Feast is next and waiting for me on my coffee table. I love these books and the t.v. mini-series is wonderful.

Recuerdo que compre el primer, "A Game of Thrones" de la serie, y a mitad del mismo no pude evitarlo y los compre todos. Ha sido una de las mejores decisiones de compra que he hecho en anios. Esta serie es lo maximo, no pude parar de leer. Ahora estoy loco esperando leer "Winds of Winter" cuando salga.

GRRM a clairement su rebondir après un décevant "A Feast for Crows". Ce 5eme tome, ou tout du moins la première partie, est selon moi dans la même lignée que a Storm of Swords: ça bouge de partout, fini les descriptions à rallonge (cf. Sam et Brienne dans AFFC), certains personnages vont se retrouver, des batailles qui se préparent... Les +: - "Reek" ou "The Turncloack" nous immerge dans la folie de Ramsay "Bolton" Snow... (pas de spoil quant à sa vraie identité). - Jon/Daenerys/Tyrion... probablement les personnages qui possèdent le "meilleur" développement - Davos, la petite main de Stannis... et il en a bien besoin Les - (mais pas les personnages): - 1 chapitre pour Aero Hotah, dommage car bouge chez les Martell. Ce personnage va t-il prendre de l'importance ou a t-il uniquement son utilité en tant que narrateur? A confirmer ou non par la suite. - 1 chapitre pour Asha...il se passe toujours quelque chose lorsque GRRM développe les personnages des Iron Islands. Une fois de plus, on n'est pas déçu. Le coup de coeur: Reek. .
