Great intra drink
I used muscle tech amino build before this (great product too) but this gave me an extra umph during my workouts (or maybe i got bored of amino build). Both are almost the same price considering the quantities of both optimum and muscletech. But I would recommend this over muscletech.

Only been using it a short time but works great !! This product delivers 14 amino acids in its “Amino Blend” to stop muscle breakdown, speed up recovery, and increase muscular performance.
