Question 1

My 2 cats have been gobbling up Mixed Grill for years, but in the past several weeks, they are not eating it.  Has something changed in the formula?

I can only share my experience of having cats my whole adult life.  I don't use Mixed Grill, so I don't know if they've changed the formula or not - you might want to check with Purina  This is the telephone number - 1-800-778-7462 and there is an address and email address under "Contact Us" on www.purina.com.  With my cats, every now and then they just seem to "go off their feed" for some reason.  Whether it's the weather or something else (hairballs or some other physical thing with them), I'm never sure.  But I've learned over the years to vary the flavors.  At the moment I have four cats - two love the Turkey and Giblets, one loves the Salmon, and they all love Liver & Chicken.  I try to switch the varieties around and every now and then give them Fancy Feast or Meow Mix as well.  Just for variety.  People get tired of eating the same thing all the time, and I think my pets do too.  Also, I've noticed that as my cats get older (my two oldest are now 11), they can't taste as well.  I add warm water to the food or microwave it for 7-8 seconds before giving it to them, and they seem to enjoy it more that way.  I hope that's some help - not knowing your cats, all I can really do is share my experience with mine.

Are these no longer available via Amazon Prime? I used to buy a 24-pack for around $10-$12 with 2-day free shipping, but it's now $22 no free shipping

The reason this is so high is; 1. Amazon does nothing to stop price gouging by third party sellers because they get a portion of their sells, 2. Nestle Purina has cut there manufacturing or has held shipping of it's product so the cost will increase knowing people will have to pay the higher price if they want to feed their pets (Nestle Purina is a foreign owned company in Switzerland).

Question 3

Are these really the 5 oz. cans? I didn't think the 5 oz. came in pop top. If it is the 5 oz. cans, the price is excellent.

they are the 5.5 oz cans, however, almost half were damaged, three so much that they were open.  I complained, haven't heard a word back.  Learned my lesson, will never buy from this vendor again.  Suggest you don't either.
