Lactation DR. said that I should use goats rue and not the blend because it was specifically what i need for more milk production. I was also taking fenugreek at the time 3pills three times a day. Unfortunately i could not tell you how it worked because it gave a me a terrible headache. I think the headache came from me having bad flower allergies. I would recommend the goats rue alone for the most benefits.
