The care that went into this product is amazing!Six pages of full color installation photos for every type of door closing situation plus another 2 pages of FAQ’s plus links to video instructions.All that and it works well and is solidly made.

Easy to install and works like a charm

This door closer works well but after about a week started creaking while shutting like it needs oil or wd40. Haven’t tried anything yet.

The media could not be loaded. Easy install all screws and a drill bit came. Make sure to preload tensioner. You will have to hold the tension while installing the 2 screws just a heads up and adjust both 1 and 2 latch and speed screw at to get the door to close all the way you will have to play around with that.

Lots of documentation big beautiful color pictures but don't kid yourself these things are crazy to install.After watching several YouTube videos I finally figured it out.I wish there was some adjustment to make the door easier to open It's like the door weighs 100 lb to open closes is beautifully though :-)

Installed on an interior door (Kitchen to Garage) works great. Instructions are easy to read and understand and the templet works. Adjustments are easy to accomplish getting the door to close slow and latch.

I'm pleased, the door is not too hard to open for elderly people. It takes a bit more effort to open the first few inches, then it's no big deal, and it does not slam on you when it's open (and adjusted properly - which is easy).For people who aren't 'handy' or experienced figuring out mechanical things the instructions leave quite a bit to be desired, but they do include templates for pretty much all possible installation configurations.The latching action is impressive, I'm glad I didn't get a size 3, that would've been too much for this exterior glass door.
