Why do these look so dirty? What are the black specks all over them?

The white look of cotton one can find in most US stores is achieved by bleaching. MUJI cotton retains the natural color because they do not do that.

Comparable to Shiseido's cotton pads?

I liked Muji cotton pads because of the fact that they're not bleached. I refuse to use something on my face that may contain bleach ( which is an acid) and Shiseido's cotton pads are bleached which is why they're white in color. Muji cotton pads are light beige in color (devoid of acidic processing).

I am confused. The title says "60x50 mm", but in description says "Outer size:7.8x2.4x7.3 inch". What is the real size for these pads?
