Hard to keep off your gums/use sparingly. Works well! I used it for 1 week and had good results.

I have tried countless whitening products over the years, ranging from flimsy strips to expensive dentist visits, but getting my hands on this AuraGlow 44% Carbamide Peroxide gel has been a total game-changer for my oral care routine. From the moment I unboxed the refill pack, I could tell this was serious business; the concentration is significantly higher than the standard drugstore varieties, and it shows. I was looking for something that could tackle deep-set coffee stains without requiring me to wear trays for hours on end, and this high-powered formula delivered exactly that professional-grade punch I needed right in the comfort of my own bathroom. One of the most impressive aspects of using these syringes is the consistency of the gel itself. It has this perfect, thick viscosity that stays exactly where I put it in my whitening trays, ensuring that the active ingredients are actually working on my enamel rather than leaking out and irritating my gums. The 5ml syringes are surprisingly generous, too; because the gel is so potent and stays in place so well, I found that I barely needed a small bead per tooth. This means the three-pack is going to last me an incredibly long time, making it far more economical than buying those lower-percentage kits that require daily use for weeks to see even a fraction of these results. I was initially a little apprehensive about jumping straight to the 44% strength, anticipating some serious sensitivity, but my experience was surprisingly smooth. I made sure to follow the instructions and only kept the trays in for about 15 minutes to start, which turned out to be the sweet spot for me. While I did feel that signature "bubbling" sensation that lets you know the peroxide is oxidizing stains, I didn't experience those sharp "zingers" or shooting pains that often accompany high-strength whiteners. It feels like a very clean, controlled process that obliterates discoloration while being manageable, provided you don't overfill the trays or leave them in too long. The results, frankly, were visible after just the very first application, which is something I rarely say about beauty products. I woke up the next morning, looked in the mirror, and saw a noticeably brighter shade that made my smile pop. After doing a few treatments spaced out over the week, the transformation was undeniable; my teeth looked polished and gleaming, as if I had just walked out of a high-end cosmetic dentistry office. It effectively lifted years of lifestyle stains that I thought were permanent, restoring a level of confidence in my smile that I haven't felt in a long time. This refill pack has officially secured a permanent spot in my grooming arsenal because it bridges the gap between convenience and professional efficacy so perfectly. It allows me to maintain that pearly white look on my own schedule without the hassle of scheduling appointments or settling for mediocre results. If you already have custom-molded trays or a good LED light kit, pairing them with this specific AuraGlow gel maximizes the potential of your gear. It is fast, effective, and it delivers results that speaks for itself.

I've tried multiple brands of teeth whitening gel and this one is definitely top 3. Works great!

I drink a lot of home-made protein shakes containing dark berries which instantly stain teeth. I was excited to learn this doesn't cause much sensitivity as other products have such as the whitening strips. So far I've used it 4 times at 30 minute intervals once a night and the results are getting better after each use. Here is the best way to use this product via my my trial & error which will resolve some of the issues I've read: 1.) Boil the plastic teeth tray for around 30-45 seconds. Immediately rinse in warm water so you don't burn your mouth, place in your mouth and bite down hard for 10 seconds. This will form a mold to fit more tightly in your mouth. Mark the top of tray with a slight cut or puncture so you know which is top and bottom. 2.) Place LED light on BOTTOM sleeve of plastic tray--not top! You will never fit the light into the top and bottom sleeve. The light will still hold in place in the bottom sleeve. I place the LED power button on top but it's pure preference. 3.) Apply gel in a up & down zig-zag pattern like a polygraph test on top and bottom tray so it full covers your teeth. 4.) Place tray with attached LED light into mouth and press LED button on. The LED light has a timer and beeps and turns off every 10 minutes. Once it beeps press it again until you reach your desired minutes. 5.) Use this product when you can tilt your head slightly backwards or lying down so you don't drool. I do it before bed reading my Ipad or watching TV or reading a book, which kills time fast. I'm giving it 4 stars because after 7-8 uses all of the gel will be used so I re-ordered more gel. If I achieve my results I'll upgrade the review. The best thing about this product is that it didn't cause me an sensitivity and I'm willing to order more gels and use it more often vs. other products with sensitivity issues. I hope this helps people!

I have been using whitening gels for a while and I can tell by the reaction on my teeth, and the amount of whitening I get, in relative terms of it's more or less than 25% product I use at baseline. This product feels like its way less than 25% in carbamide peroxide concentration. Will be returning. For the price they charge you can definitely get much better products.
