Can you pull the soft tip roof back on over this or do you have to take it off?

I leave mine on all the time Only thing I don’t like is in the back it comes down lower than I like but I’m getting used to it

Do you need a headset Chanel for this to work?

No channel mount needed it has bungee balls and Velcro to mount it I leave mine on even with the top on
