How can i get replacement water tank? the lock at the bottom of the water tank is misplaced. Product is nice

when I bought this product 3 years back , quality was exceptional. But now looks like thay have changed the manufacturer and the quality of the product become very poor now. Product not even looks like what is showing on the box image. First I thought it's a problem with amazon, so I have ordered from blink it, but there also i received same poor quality product. So I returned and ordered another company product from Amazon.

It stopped working within one year. The n contacting service was asked to upload a video. Within minutes got a reply that unit is not serviceable and have to scrapped. Looks like a standard preprogrammed reply. Better products available at half the price.
