I get energy from this added to water. It's good focus energy, not gitter energy. I take this most days, especially at work after lunch. I will buy again.

Do NOT take these before bedtime. But you already know that. They are okay mixed in juice, but if you decide to be brave and just put them in your mouth and wash back with water, don't say I didn't warn you.

The box that the produce was in was damaged.. I did not return the instant energy B12.. I will not reorder.
