It is packed in a zipper bag and does not even have a logo or brand name. How do I know this is not a fake?

Im shocked from what i have received
the item as advertised has two items, one for back and other for seat, what I have received is only the seat piece in low-grade quality and without any branding name.

I am a siatica patient and I have tried many lumbar support pillows, but nothing gives positive solution after many analysis I have bought this and it aggravated my pain more .. I have tried both in my office and home chairs but it's worst ....waste of money..
