Does the mold work with cookie dough?

Its makes really tiny bows -- I would think cookie dough would be frustrating... but if you have done something like this before with silicon candy molds, it should work.

What's the best way to fill them without bubbles?

We've not had this problem, however I'd suggest filling them slowly from one side to the other to push out any air bubbles. This might be a bit difficult because they are so small.

How wide are these bows?

They are perfect size for cup cakes. The grandchildren went crazy making them and decorating with them and eating them of course
