less tired and winded and drained from pregnancy
I am already feeling nourished with these products. The effects were not sudden nor immediate. But I'm pregnant and it is not easy for me, so I doubt I'm going to start doing cross fit 24/7 because my energy is so thru the roof because of the capsules. Because I wanted to get in all them for pregnancy, I did slowly introduce but in quick succession, so I'm not exactly sure what is benefitting what. Or maybe they all work together. I have cross posted on the other supplement links in case no one sees this review here on this one product. The gallbladder one definitely has reduced my pregnancy sludgy gallbladder acting up by about 90-95 percent. I take one in the middle of each meal. I don't have to restrict fats. Though I find eggs plus say raw milk together still gives me the runs. Before I couldn't handle anything more and more, I was getting diarrhea on and off so regularly I was getting worried. I'm massive grateful about this. I don't even take the full serving amount per day, just 1 capsule in the middle of each meal I eat. The winded, collapsed, breathless and weak sensations have reduced drastically. I'm take blood vitality, liver and heart. What's strange is I hate organ meats (as part of a meal) and after taking them a few weeks, I suddenly started randomly craving liverwurst (which i havent eaten since I was a kid) and pemmican! That's kind of random. I don't know if connected but I can taste my food better recently and some tastes more accurately after nearly a year of parosmia following covid. It still has a long way to go, though. Rome wasn't built in a day. Lastly, I ran out of blood vitality and liver for a couple days and could feel it! I'm not sure exactly what was wrong, but I just was not quite right. Oh, I forgot to mention I have had keratosis Pilaris all my life and it has gotten soooo bad in recent years. It has just about completely disappeared and my skin in soft and glassy. (This is despite high dose Omega 3 supps and fish oils for years which did nothing for it.) Thanks to the customer service for reaching back out to me out of the blue to find out how these supps were working for me and what I needed. They even offered me an extra bottle of Blood Vitality and encouraged me to share the word of my improvements on the product links. I found the product reviews super helpful as I lay on the couch trying to make decisions what to buy, feeling awful. AS helped me initially target which products to get for the issues I was having (Primarily I had become intolerant during pregnancy to my methylated multivitamin and b vitamins and had tremendous aversions to it. I was starting to puke just the vitamins up alone hours later. Like my body kept the foods and got rid of the vitamin. I decided to switch over to a whole foods nourishment and double checked with a naturopath to be certain. I'm sticking to about 10k iu vitamin a limit because I'm pregnant and AS helped me figure out that I could take liver, blood vitality and the heart and be just under the wire.) The ones AS recommended were: Gallbladder (bc I was having problems and the naturopath suggested some sort of ox bile as support) Tallow Bone Marrow Living Bone (this is like a calcium supplement replacement - needed when pg to grow baby bones and not suck the calcium from you and your teeth) Heart Blood Vitality (because I had symptoms of slightly low iron - I'm getting conflicting messages from two different drs, one says woah your iron is so low and the obgyn NP who wouldn't send me for more iron bloodwork because yours is in range for pregnant women and pregnant women run low???) Liver Fish Eggs Unfortunately it is really expensive, but I had to do something. I wish there was a cheaper alternative where people can save a few dollars getting a non encapsulated version of the same thing with an appropriate serving scoop and just mix it into applesauce, chug it or yogurt or something. I find it quite challenging to take like 500 capsules a day - I do, but I wish I could get it over with in one big mouthful, sometimes the capsules get stuck because there are so many and you have to eat something more to push them down. My kids said if I ever become a saint, my statue should have me holding a capsule in one hand. I try to keep my bone marrow and living bone more separate from the liver, heart, blood vitality in case it interacts with iron absorption. I still take a methylated folate capsule due to pregnancy, a little extra zinc (which had been in my original vitamin), occasional vitamin d (because I have good levels already), magnesium, vitamin c, and a digestive enzyme just with dinner.

A "vital" supplement for anemia or blood disorders
This was the first A.S. product I began taking over the summer; I bought it because when I ordered a gut restoring probiotic, it was on the list of things other customers purchased. I was skeptical of all the reviews but didn't have anything to lose by trying it. I have been suffering from anemia for almost ten years, some of it acute, though it has improved in recent years, except for my iron stores (from my bones). Traditional Western medicine doctors only want to treat individual symptoms instead of looking at the whole body and which systems may be failing (and how if one fails, other systems may fail). My anemia is but one area of my health that is struggling and it is impacted by other issues, including and especially digestive problems. I wasn't absorbing the traditional ferrous gluconate I need and do take every day. So in addition to tackling my digestive health, it made sense to me to supplement my blood health with something like this product - I take anywhere from 3-6 capsules per day. I also added in the Liver supplement (for digestion aid, overall health aid, and vital nutrients I knew I probably wasn't getting), usually topping out at 3 capsules per day, since I am taking the Blood Vitality, too. Between the probiotic I was taking for my digestive health and BV and Liver, I noticed my absorption issues improved quickly - within a week. I can't tell you how encouraged I was by reducing emergency trips to the bathroom in such a short time. I have added other A.S. products since that time: Colostrum (which helps with my digestion and immunity, I take 2 in the morning with food) Bone & Marrow, which I am taking for my iron stores and calcium, and most recently Heart. I take 3-4 capsules of Bone & Marrow with Colostrum and my multi-vitamin, sometimes adding in 1 capsule of Heart. I take Blood Vitality, Liver, and Heart together with my vitamin C and iron supplement a few hours away from having dairy, so the iron absorption is maximized. Ideally, I take them with or around a meal that has meat in it. I have noticed a positive difference in how I feel, and the dark purple bags I had under my eyes have all but disappeared. My skin has improved, my nails are growing in stronger, my menstrual cycle is better (in terms of painful symptoms and regularity), and my energy is steadier. Next on my list is trying the Gallbladder supplement, as mine came out at the same time my anemia and digestion issues began all those years ago. I have emailed with Brian personally, who follows up and checks in on progress made. These products are terrific and I have recommended them to others. I am hopeful I am on my way to restoring my overall health instead of suffering with chronic pain and health problems.

Best supplement for low iron
I did not think this would work as well as it did, but after just a few days, I felt so good! I had energy, and I didn't wake up exhausted. This is a lifesaver.

I trawled through hundreds of stellar reviews for Ancestral supplements, and after a while decided to email Brian for a recommendation and buy some for myself. Brian is incredibly knowledgeable and provides the most outstanding customer service I have ever experienced. I don't know how he has the time to write such detailed, informative and kind emails to every customer who enquires.. I do however know how he gets the energy - from these supplements! I have ongoing issues with low ferritin despite supplementing with high grade practitioner quality iron supplements and fluctuating energy levels as result. I have not had my iron retested since I started taking Blood Vitality but my energy is SO much better already! I have only been taking them for a couple of weeks but I feel a massive improvement in my energy levels and would highly recommend these to anyone suffering with low iron or general fatigue or if you just need extra support. I will post another review if my iron levels have increased significantly when I get retested in a month. Thank you to Brian and the Ancestral supplements team - I can't wait to try more of the range.
