Severe side effects.
It caused me severe urinary infection similar related health issues just after taking 12 days. I stopped using it immediately. But its been three months and i have not yet healed.

The glass is sweaty and a yellow liquid is stuck around the glass, which is not really interesting. Medicines should be sent in safer conditions

My second bottle. I’ve noticed the benefit after 30-40 days. I’ve used it for my nails and to improve my hair density and texture. Only two a day, easy to swallow. No taste or smell. My friend from Europe recommended them. Overall I feel good, just don’t take it with iron supplements as it’s counterproductive.
