Wer mal gesehen hat, wie sich Stümper mit einer stumpfen Sägekette quälen (und ihre Umgebung nerven), weiß was ich meine. Warum sollte man andauernd die Sägekette nachschärfen? Habt ihr mal einen alten Metzger gesehen, wie er anscheinend ununterbrochen sein Messer an einem Wetzstahl schärft? Dito - weil es sich mit einem perfekt scharfen Werkzeug halt am besten arbeitet. Selbst die Kette zu feilen ist der richtige Weg. Gibt man eine Kette zum Schärfen in eine Schleiferei, wird viel zu viel weggeschliffen. Die teure Kette kann dann nicht oft nachgeschliffen werden. Andere Feillehren, die ich ausprobiert habe, sind entweder Murks, zu teuer und/oder zu umständlich. Mit dieser Kombi-Feile feilt man schnell und kinderleicht die Kettenglieder scharf und auch gleich die Höhenbegrenzer mit. Und man kann den richtigen Winkel sehr leicht einhalten. Das geht sogar mit der Kettensäge auf dem Schoß bei der Mittagspause im Wald. Die einzelnen Feilen kann man auswechseln und muss nicht alles neu kaufen. I just took the round file out of this beautiful tool to answer this question correctly. I looked at the numbers with a magnifier. The round files say 3/16.
