Superb item. Goes to show how back in the day this was a lot of money and now easy peasy to buy and use.

My car was showing some electrical faults on the digital dashboard and every couple of days I had to use a booster to start the car. My car was due a service so I booked one through the dealership and asked if they could also check the warnings that had started appearing on my dashboard. They told me it would be an additional £150 plus vat on top of the service fee. I thought that was a bit steep so I bought one of these to confirm my suspicions that it was just a faulty battery. Within 5 minutes of it arriving, I'd tested the battery and confirmed the battery was shot. Saved myself the cost of the dealership test! This tester is menu and icon driven and is very easy to use. It's solid and seems to be of great quality. It saved me a ot of money so it's well worth the investment. All in all, it's a great piece of kit that everyone should own.

This is an exelent battery tester. I had wasted alot of time/money with an OBD11 type diagnostic plug which was very slow and would not save any data, it might have with additional subscriptions! The MP0515A has a USBC socket and showed up as a memory stick folder on my laptop PC with my saved graphs of cranking voltage ready to transfer. It also told me the battery needed to be replaced.
