Worth every penny. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to work with and made the room look fancy! *by D***5 on December 7, 2023* I had an existing chair rail and added thin decorative molding below it with these pre-made frames under that. It looks so nice! Yes these are not wood but once they are on the wall, they look they are and that is all that matters. It is also a bonus that there are no miter gaps in the corners like traditional wood built frames. The material is lightweight but durable. I used 2" 18 guage brad nails and shot into the studs where I could and into the drywall where there were no studs. Recommend a thin bead of caulk on the outside and inside to finish it off.
