The fire arrived in a large unbranded cardboard box. In addition to the fire is an instruction leaflet, and various attachments. The fire has a great quality and design. The size is perfect. The fire has various speed level functions as well as different colour flame options. The fire is simple and easy to use and has a remote control for added functionality. Well worth the money. Very happy to recommend.

Looks very classy even though relatively cheap.. however it does have a slight noise problem? A humming sound.. not sure if normal ?

Very nice item. Works very well and gives off a good amount of heat it. I haven't had the heat on.dor long, so might get back to you after using it for sometime. But the realism of this fire and the lit wood is just..ugh..breathtaking. its the blue flame doe me. Made Xmas the more merry. The seller made this buy even more special. Thanks alot! 4 stars because its fairly new, and havent has a great of usage as yet. Plus I don't know use the heat that much so will have to see how it holds up

Very nice led fireplace, a bit noisy though if you use the heating. Otherwise tip top. Very nice flame effect, with five speed levels, five brightness levels and also five different flame colours. Very happy value for money.

It was delivered earlier than expected which is a plus.It was well packaged, An attractive, realistic appearance, well priced and has variable colour settings ,adjustable temperature control and adjustable brightness. All in all a great addition to my lounge .I recommend this lovely convection heater.

Lovely flame effect..shame about the noise though. Even when it's just the effect and no heat it's noisy unfortunately.

This fire is perfect for our conservatory. We opted to have ours floorstanding on a marble plinth that we got cheap in the local Reuse shop. We prefer to keep ours on the orange flame with the logs. We didn’t like the crystals or the constant changing colours but it’s a matter of preference for everyone. Putting it together isn’t hard although we both have mobility issues so found screwing the glass front in place was a little problematic but we got there in the end.

Love the fire. Looks lovely. Easy to use. My only criticism is the bracket shows that you hook the fire onto, as it is wider than the fire itself. There are lots of colours to choose from but I only ever use the one.
