I tried everything...spent thousands on blood tests and treatments. EstroG=100 is the best product for me! It got rid of my hot flashes and mood swings. I grew up with a Mom that worked in the nutritional industry. I owned 2 vitamins stores so I know a lot about nutrition. I eat organic and non GMO. I rarely eat sugar and never ever drink sodas. There is no product that works like this! It has no side affects! I love it! I started off with 2 a day one in AM and one in PM then I weaned down to one a day then one every couple days according to how I felt. I HIGHLY recommend this. At one point I was having hot flashes every hour and night sweats. Now I actually get chilly at night! It is awesome!!!! Don't hesitate try it you will be blissful and cool! I bought this product based on the reviews, due to the fact I was having hot flashes throughout the night (literally 1-2 every hour). Shortly after starting this supplement I noticed elevated mood, increased energy but no difference in hot flashes. Two weeks later I noticed about 25% less hot flashes. And just about at the one month mark I had zero hot flashes for a whole day and then maybe one hot flash every few days that were short and mild. I immediately reordered and put myself on a subscription because this supplement has not only made me feel like myself again but made me feel like I can sleep again without flinging off blankets constantly.
