We live in a dry climate, so eyes can easily get dry or irritated. I spray this on a facial tissue and wipe gently over a closed eye (be careful not to get it in your eye, as it stings!). I use a single spray and a different part of the tissue for each eye. The wipe is cool and soothing, great for use nightly before bed, or whenever eyes feel dry. It's anti-bacterial and was originally recommended to me by my opthalmologist.
