Lots of improvements from earlier models, few minor drawbacks.
I previously had the Mid ANC and the Monitor Bluetooth before I bought these, so that's what I'll base my review on. Pros: -it is way nicer than the previous ones, the build quality is so much better, the fit is so much better and comfier, even on the tightest setting while wearing glasses. -it is subtle, but they made headband wider so the weight is better distributed. -the ear cushions feel better to the touchn some of the best out there. -the padding of the headband is also firmer now --the subtle change in the headband's width helps them have less of that "tall" look that over-ear headphones often have. -somehow the black parts look blacker now compared to the Monitor Bluetooth, and since they only kept one gold accented detail (the control knob) there's no mismatching golden accents like with the Mid A.N.C. The cons are only those two: -The LED indicator is way too bright, it was much more subtle in the Mid ANC, in this one it seems much brighter and thus more noticable, and that takes away from the aesthetic a little bit especially because it's green or blue when in use. -as premium headphones they deserve a premium hard case, yet they lack even a collapsible case like the Mid ANC and instead come with a Denim Canvas bag.

Great product
Very happy with purchase, great headset, classic but cool look, on the heavy side compared to other similar headset but it's not uncomfortable, actually quite the opposite and even after wearing them for many hours on the plane I don't feel any pressure as it was happening with my previous Sennheiser. Recommended.

I tried some of the Bose and Sony ANC headphones, but I wasn't completely satisfied. Sony had a great ANC function, but the sound felt as if it was coming from a tunnel. I decided to order Marshall's thanks to the reviews I read, although some commented that their ANC is not as good as Sony's. To be honest, I didn't understand the difference. I have been using them daily at a noisy office and recently to several flights and I'm really happy with the quality of the sound, the ANC, the telephone reply and overall functionality. They really worth their money!
