worst experience
The pathetic Machine stopped working right after the warranty expired.1st internal wiring chocked, got repaired, and then the motor got busted. then i have to disposed it and buy a new one from market.

Good product
Performance is good. While installing back side 4 bolt is their that need to be remove, so that the vibration or shaking can be eliminate. Now i like this product.

أنا ترددت في البداية من شراء الغسالة بسبب عدة تعليقات عن عيوب في المنتج وأنها تسبب ضوضاء واهتزاز……وقد قمت بشراء المنتج ولكن للأسف بدون تركييب (وهذا هو السبب الرئيسي في المشكلة لاغلبية التعليقات)حيث قمت بمراجعة الكتيب حيث يجب إزالة الراغي في ظهر الغسالة وعددها أربعة، حيث يوجد تحذير في حالة عدم إزالة البراغي يؤدي إلى اهتزاز أو تلف المنتج….. حيث يجب ازالة البراغي وتركيب اللوح السفلي…..بعد اتباع تعليمات المنتج لم أعاني من أي مشاكل ولله الحمدأوصي بشراء المنتج..

Litterly I had a vibration and moving problem with this machine I requested return this product and courier approached me for the pickup too, when I checked the YouTube video I learned installation process... Dears kindly note that "remove four Black bush in the back side which they temporary installed for drum protection while transist"

Bolts is not easy to remove as written in the brochure
Bolts are very hard to remove. Need to call a technician to help remove it. So uncomfortable.

Finally its breakdown
I bought branded so that no problem could occur at least for 2 to 3 years. First problem arised after a year. managed to fix it at minimum cost. Again second time its broke down. Sent to shop to repair, but came back in unserviceable condition due to availability of electronic spares in market.
