Turmeric Curcumin 95% Extract & Collagen Capsules
I started taking this after reading an article that Turmeric could help with joint inflammation. I had been taking another supplement that was always out of stock. I like that the pills at a good size, not too big! My joint pain is better and I have this on subscription and it works for me with little to no side effects! My only issue is the price is a little high but it’s better than taking ibuprofen all the time which is hard on your stomach and this has zero side effects. I take it first thing in the morning everyday and I have very little knee pain. I like to walk and ride my bike so it’s important to me to be able to do that. I also have a 2 year old granddaughter who’s always in the go. This helps me keep up with her which is very important!! I also like that it has collagen which is so important for your skin and regeneration of cells.

Seems to have been a great help, taking for two years now
One knee every once in a while I will twist it a weird way and it gets sore and swollen for a few days but taking this over the last year seems to have helped a lot it does not happen that often any more maybe every few months
