I have used Natrol for several years. Without it, my hair is very fine..but with a daily tablet I have far less hair fall. My hair is fuller and super healthy. When starting out it takes a few weeks to kick in but once it does it makes a big difference.

These biotin gummies are really easy to take and taste amazing with a natural strawberry flavor. I noticed my hair fall has reduced since I started using them.
